Refund & Return Policy
If you encounter an issue with your purchase or are not fully satisfied, you may request a refund within the specified timeframes below:
Online Self-Paced Training
Refund requests must be submitted within 10 business days of purchase.
Refunds will not be issued if more than 25% of the content has been accessed.
Requests beyond 10 business days will not be accepted.
Instructor-Led Training
Refund requests must be submitted before or within 24 hours of the first session.
Refunds will not be issued if the participant has attended more than one session.
Requests beyond 24 hours after the first session begins will not be accepted.
Physical Products
Returns must include the original receipt and be in the original packaging.
Refunds will be processed once our team verifies the return.
Licensed Programs Offered Through UCAM India
The Yellow Belt (YB), Green Belt (GB), Black Belt (BB), Master Black Belt (MBB), and Master's Degree certification programs are marketed and distributed by San Antonio Higher Education India Private Limited (“UCAM India”), a higher education institute, pursuant to a separate licensing agreement with Lean Six Sigma Institute. All refund and return policies outlined herein apply equally to these licensed programs when purchased through UCAM India.
